Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to make changes to existing orders. However, if within 24 hours of placing your order, you contact us using the email address of the order buyer and provide us with your order number, we will be able to cancel your order and you can then place a new order.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving the item, in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us at info@fantasticmichael.com for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
