Where can I find the tracking number?

Once we have your package packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please find this email in your mailbox. Once you find this email, you can also track your express package by clicking directly on the link in the email. If not found, please check your spam mailbox. (Sometimes, depending on the email provider you use, it may be mistakenly classified as spam. In order to receive the latest delivery information, we strongly recommend putting the email back in your inbox. We deeply regret any inconvenience. Sorry.) If you still can't find the email, it may be because your package has not been shipped yet. We usually ship it within three days after you place the order.

How long does FANTASTICMICHAEL take to ship?

Shipping time depends on the product you purchase and the destination location as a different product has different production time. If you would like to know the estimated delivery time and shipping fee, please select the destination location on the checkout page to get an idea of the approximate timeframe. Our average delivery time is 4-10 days.

Why hasn’t my shipment status been updated yet?

Please allow 1-3 days for shipment status to be updated by the carrier. In most cases, your order is already on its way.

Why has my package not been delivered within the estimated delivery time?

Sorry to have kept you waiting. After we send out the package, the subsequent express delivery is carried out by the cooperating express service provider, and we have no control over it. If it is an international express, the package needs to go through customs inspection, and in rare cases, the package may be delayed.
